Project Consultant
Act as a contact point for daily inquiry and coordination.Responsible for contract review, project meeting, project report analysis. Set and execute project target on closing potential residential deals from daily leads. Perform report generation or file consolidation. Coordinate between external parties and clients to ensure timely delivery; build genuine relationship which leads to greater customer satisfaction.Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
