Basic Salary with Commission around $18,000 - $20,000 per month, with Birthday Leave , Purchase Discount, Promotion Opportunity and Year-end Bonus, 9:30AM-6:30PM or 12:30PM-9:30PM, 6 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 7 working hours per day, (2小時休息時間)

一般地產辦公室工作，學習談判技巧或到新盤派發傳單；學習一般一二手樓盤銷售，專責處理查冊，處理放盤資料或配匙，以及安排有關廣告，及負責更新資料

市場調研：了解中國市場的需求、競爭環境及消費者行為，以制定有效的市場策略。客戶拓展：發展和維護客戶關係，尋找新的客戶來源，並推廣公司的產品和服務。業務計劃：制定和執行市場開拓計劃，設定目標並跟蹤進展，確保達成業務目標。合作夥伴關係：與當地的供應商、分銷商和其他合作。(有需要時需到內地出差)
