**Job Description** - Lead and manage a team of sales to implement sales strategy in order to achieve optimum results; - Enforce the implementation of store operating standards, e.g, Inventory management, Reporting & shop administration; - Manage the daily store operations - Upkeep of product information for staff’s training; Motivate the team to maintain effective clientele and customer experience; - Assist Sales Manager on monthly roster and leave arrangement; - Party Supplies Shop/ Event Planning experience is a plus but not essential - Any ad hoc tasks assigned. ****Job Highlights**** - Manage the daily store operations - Enforce the implementation of store operating standards - 6 Days off + Competitive package ＋Bank Holiday **Job Requirement** - Minimum 2 years of solid experience in stop management - Strong leadership and coaching skills; Excellent sales technique and service-oriented; - Highly flexible with capability to work in a fast-growth environment; - Good command in English, Cantonese or Mandarin; - Able to work independently.
