Sales Admin Assistant

Job Responsibilities of Sales Admin Assistant: • Reports directly to the sales executive to provide secretarial and sales admin support to ensure effective operation of the company • Assisting on sales areas including but not limited to the following: • Serve new and existing clients including supermarkets, department stores and institutional clients (e.g. Casino, hotel) • Explore new business opportunities in Hong Kong (airport and domestic markets) and Macau (duty-free channels) • Follow up on sales orders and purchases from HQ and coordinating deliveries • Build up business relationships with important customers, understand and support customers’ needs and requirements • Be responsible, pro-active and accountable for the sales performance of respective customer accounts. • Handle ad hoc assignments and taking instructions from HQ
Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm (Saturday, 9am - 1pm if there is urgent work commitment)
