Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans which is in line with company objectives. 2. Supervise and motivate a team of Marketing & Sales Staff. 3. Develop and implement the full spectrum of both online and offline sales and marketing programs, campaigns, events, social media initiatives 4. Coordinate and liaise with internal and external customers in promoting marketing and sales program for business development 5. Support retail and wholesale management for setting up marketing events and customer oriented promotions 6. Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and analyse performance. 7. Prepare marketing and sales budget, evaluation reports and forecast trend to achieve budgeted objectives 8. To assume additional duties as required
