由見習主任一職開始，體驗不同崗位的工作內容，熟識公司運作，並於九個月內 學習獨自管理分店、招聘培訓、存貨管理、毛利率控制等店舖管理工作。完成九個月培訓後，會按表現直接晉升為分店副經理或分店經理。(完成九個月培訓後有另設相當於一個月薪酬的完成培訓獎金)
$13,800 - $18,000 per month, with Good Attendance Bonus $300 per month, one-off New Comer Award $3000, Sales Award, On-the-job Training, Promotion Opportunity and Meal provided, 7:00AM-9:00PM, 5 - 6 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 8 -
