為顧客分析皮膚狀況及建議合適療程,銷售美容產品及療程,為顧客跟進療程效果,建立及保持良好關係,組織統籌店舖各類推廣活動,達到公司設定之目標,定期召開部門及店舖經營會議包括案例分享學習,不斷改善績效,提升團隊凝聚力,從而帶動店舖業績,統籌分配團隊,店舖業績指標及督導執行,有機會間中返廣州工作(巡視業務)
