General duties of Sales Representative, Selling and promoting products(速遞服務), Exploring new business opportunities

$13,000 - $18,000 per month, with Meal provided, Sales Award and Bank Holiday, Mon to Fri: 8:45AM-6:15PM, 5 working days per week

負責協助處理日常店務工作 (大堂/櫃檯/供應/廚房)

協助銷售團隊提供全方位的支援，準備定期和臨時報告報表; 處理及跟進平安服務申請至安裝，支援銷售團隊行政工作; 處理部門有關特別豁免收費之特別個案; 執行其他委派工作

學習買賣流程, 填寫合約及物業推廣,有專人指導協助考牌, 無須地盤工作

只做二手巿場, 無須到地盤工作

接待客人, 接聽電話, 解答客人查詢, 一般文書處理, 更新物業資料及客戶資料, 安排同事跟進並協助處理

學習二手樓盤實務, 物業推廣工作, 文件整理, 無須到新樓盤地盤工作

負責協助業務發展, 提供銷售建議書及簡報, 發掘潛在客戶, 跟進項目和維護客戶等

對華南地區的銷售活動進行監督; 向不同市場的現有和新客戶提供ERP解決方案的專業意見; 尋找華南地區的合作夥伴來促進銷售; 準備業務技術方案，演示文稿和演示; 協助系統開發實現商業戰略目標
