介紹及售賣樂器產品；與客人溝通聯絡；接聽電話查詢；及一般文書處理；負責處理琴行文職工作及日常運作，負責處理學生及家長查詢，安排調堂，整理文件及文書處理，處理琴行中日常大小事務 (有新人獎金$20000,年假10-15天,公眾假期及婚假) (每月5-6天休息日)
