協助區域主管執行店舖之日常工作; 帶領及指引同事執行工作, 提供優質的客戶和銷售服務, 從而以達到公司對店舖所制定的目標 (特設新人獎金$5000，區域津貼(區域津貼只適用於指定區域或店舖上班之員工)，每月過額營業獎金，港島區交通津貼，生日假，年假12-18天)
